Ingredients
- 4-5 Chicken breasts or shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 chopped onion - sauteed
- 1 whole stack of saltine crackers - crushed
- 1 stick of melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Shred cooked chicken
- Saute onion in oil or butter
- Mix chicken with soup, sour cream, and sauteed onions.
- Melt butter and saute crackers in the butter.
- Put a layer of crackers on the bottom of the cooking dish (8x8 or 9x13).
- Add chicken mixture. Top with crackers.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling around the sides.
