Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked ground beef
- Ragu - or preferred jar of marinara - Large size
- Italian seasoning
- Lasagna noodles
- Cottage cheese - large container, small curd
- Sliced mozzarella - packages (approximately 12- 14 slices total)
- 1 egg
- Parmesan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Brown meat and drain. Put back in skillet and add marinara and Italian seasoning
- Boil and rinse noodles
- Mix egg in with cottage cheese and parmesan
In a deep casserole dish layer:
Noodles
Mozzarella
Cottage cheese
Meat
Repeat layers one more time
- Top with parmesan
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
